  • We offer small group personal training as well as 1-1 personal training.

  • Getting started is simple. You can sign up for your first class using our timetable or purchase a membership online. Reach out through our contact form —we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • Unlike other gyms we limit our class sizes to allow our experienced coaches to tailor classes to your body. We are constantly investing in the gym to ensure your membership brings you access to high quality equipment and attention to detail.

    Each membership includes access to our app which has access to fitness tracking and content which enables you to continue working towards your goals outside of sessions.

  • We offer private sessions for those wanting to train alone or with a small group of friends or family (up to 3 people). To book private sessions please use our online booking site or app. Alternatively if you would like to speak with a coach before booking then use our contact form to get in touch.

  • We do offer PAYG but to ensure you get the best value for money we recommend signing up for one of our memberships. You can book PAYG sessions via our interactive timetable. You can also purchase memberships online here.

  • Our small group sizes allow our coaches to tailor our classes to all levels of experience. This means that you can attend our sessions without any previous gym/fitness experience. We work with members of all abilities and everyones goals are different. We pride ourselves on our supportive community and judgement-free space.
