Josh Day

Founder/Lead Coach

With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, Josh specialises in helping clients achieve sustainable results through tailored training programmes and evidence-based nutrition guidance. His expertise spans strength and conditioning, endurance event preparation and he has a special interest in injury rehabilitation. Josh is committed to delivering a high standard of coaching, providing clients with the knowledge, structure and accountability they need to achieve their goals.

Josh is currently fully booked for 1-1 personal training but if you would like to benefit from his training, Josh coaches some of the small group training sessions throughout the week.

Brandon Alves

Brandon holds a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science and competed as a national-level sprinter as well as a competitive boxer, bringing both academic expertise and high-performance experience to his coaching. His personalised and evidence-based approach helps clients to work towards their individual fitness goals. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve performance for an event or simply gain confidence in your body, Brandon will be able to support you to achieve long-term sustainable results.

Brandon offers 1-1 personal training as well as being the lead coach for our small group sessions.
